Meet your Therapist, Sara.

Sara has over 25 years experience and is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. She’s trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and uses techniques of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). As of 2023, she is also a Grief Educator and Specialist.
